Tharaka is in the north eastern part of Kenya,the inhabitants are the tharakaans,this is one of the unreached communities of the world within the 10-40 window. The SKBM is now evangelizing in this region which is approximately 500 kilometers from our church,this is an un-churched community and it is an hardship area, we have opened a main central church here, we also have other three new churches in the surrounding area, all church members in these four locations worship the lord under huge trees, sitting on logs and stones for lack of wooden pews, there is great need here, apart from the gospel, people drink dirty water from the river, no toilets, the land is destitute.we are praying and looking for partners or well wishers to help in the areas of construction of churches, toilets and water tanks, water purifying systems. Evangelism,church planting,medical outreach,water drilling etc.
